Leaning into the natural beauty of our local native Douglas Fir, this house is an homage to nature and humanity's place within it.

Viewcrest in a 3,300 sq ft home specifically designed with three goals in mind:

1. Reducing building material -- the open post and beam timber frame allows us reduce the quantity of material used while highlighting the beauty of exposed wood.

2. Performing efficiently with mechanical systems -- once finished, the Viewcrest house will operate on a high yield insulation system that reduces energy waste without sacrificing comfort.

3. Meeting the highest standard of building performance -- as always, Instinct Builders' standards are guided by our land, our people, and our homes. With these things in mind, we are inspired to do the best work possible.

May 2025 - an update on the Viewcrest house.

All siding has been installed and the deck has been completed.

To continue to align with this homes green energy goal solar panels have also been installed.

Inside the house cabinets are being installed and painting is taking place.

The DADU is also coming along nicely with a cute kitchen installed and wonderful view from the deck.
